1 General Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the cm444 platform, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

• Each individual may open only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date.

2.1 Account Verification

cm444 may request documents necessary to verify your identity at any time. Deposits, withdrawals, or certain other services may be restricted until verification is complete. A national identity card, passport, or similar government-issued ID may be requested for verification.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. cm444 will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

cm444 facilitates transactions through local Bangladeshi payment methods. Our accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each payment method).
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is strictly prohibited.
• Successful deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• If an active bonus is in place, the applicable wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if verification has not been completed.

3.3 Fraud Prevention

If any unusual or suspicious activity is detected in a transaction, cm444 reserves the right to suspend or cancel that transaction. In such cases, an additional verification process will need to be followed.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

cm444 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each offer carries its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is described below.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. Or if you deposit ৳14,000 you will receive a maximum bonus of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer only once.
• Sharing or transferring a bonus to another person is prohibited.
• cm444 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus at any time.
• If evidence of fraudulent bonus claiming is found, the account will be closed immediately.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed from multiple accounts or from accounts belonging to members of the same household.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

cm444 offers various gaming services including sports betting, casino games, slots, fishing games, and bingo. Each game category may have its own additional rules.

5.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Any bet completed due to a system error or technical issue will be considered void.
• If there is a clear error in odds or results, cm444 reserves the right to cancel or correct the relevant bet.
• A maximum bet amount for an event may be set and is subject to change.

5.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Market outcomes will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If an event is postponed or abandoned, a separate policy will apply to the relevant bets.

5.3 Validity of Game Results

All game results are determined through a verifiable random number generator (RNG) process or a live dealer process. We continuously monitor operations to ensure fair play. Any objection to a result must be reported to the support team within 24 hours.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cm444 platform. Violating these rules will result in the immediate closure of the account and all collected funds may be forfeited:

• Any attempt to cheat, fix, or manipulate game results.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
• Organized betting or arbitrage activity for the purpose of bonus abuse.
• Using third-party software, bots, or automated systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
• Opening or operating an account with false or misleading information.

The decision of cm444's management shall be considered final. However, both parties may resolve any dispute through mutual agreement.
